Music in Boise

During the late 1980s, I produced and directed (generally I was also a cameraman and editor) a public access music program featuring local artists. During that time, funding thru cable regulations required the cable provider offer access to any interested parties. This access included facilities, equipment, training and single channel devoted to locally produced content. (like Wayne's World).
